We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and all out-of-network PPO plans.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Most PPO insurance plans allow for reimbursement even if your provider is out-of-network.

To better understand your coverage, please contact your insurance provider and ask the following:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

• How do I obtain reimbursement forms?

• Does my plan allow for out-of-network reimbursement, and at what percentage?

• What is my deductible, and has it been met?

• How many sessions per year are covered?

• What is the reimbursement amount per session?

• Is a referral or approval required from my primary care physician?

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and have not provided at least 24 hours' notice, a late cancellation fee will be charged and must be paid before your next session.
